 Map Cards are a convenient and courteous addition to your Wedding Invitation Ensemble, especially when you are expecting a large number of guests to attend from out of town, or if the location of your ceremony, and or reception are not familiar to your guests.
Map cards should be enclosed in your invitations & do not come with envelopes.

Map cards are printed in your choice of Ink Color from those listed in the drop-down menu below.
Map cards are made of heavy quality card stock
& are available in your choice of
White, Bright White, or Ecru card stock.
Printed card above is shown on White card stock.
All 3 colors are shown at the top of the image above. Map Cards are non-refundable & not replaceable due to an incorrect color selection. If you are unsure which color matches your invitation ensemble, please contact us for assistance prior to submitting your order to ensure the best possible color match. You may select from 3 different methods of printing:
1.) A reproduction of your hand-drawn map.
2.) A reproduction of your computer-drawn map.
3.) Up to 14 lines of your printed wording.

Printed Wording option is available printed only in the typestyle shown in the image above. If you prefer another typestyle, please prepare & mail in your printed wording exactly as you would a drawn-out map, using the typestyle you want reproduced on your map cards. As with the drawn-out maps, the artwork needs to be black & white, clean, clear artwork, & free of any stray or fuzzy lines.
For an additional charge, you may also add printing to the backside of your map cards. Combine both a drawn out map, as well as printed directions for the additional convenience of your guests, or use the same printing option on both sides & provide directions to more than one location.
This option is convenient if you need to convey directions to both the Ceremony & the Reception.
The second side is also commonly used to provide out of town guests with directions & reservation information to area hotels.
The option you select from the drop-down menu below will be printed on the FRONT of your map cards in raised lettering. Should you decide to add "Back Copy" below, the option you select there will be printed on the BACK of your map cards in flat lettering.
Map cards measure approximately 4-7/8" x 3-1/2". Your artwork will be reduced to fit the size of the card if necessary at no additional charge.
When submitting a hand-drawn map for reproduction, please use unlined white paper, & a BLACK fine-line marker or fine-point pen (pencil will not reproduce).
When submitting a computer drawn map, please print on white unlined paper, using a high quality printer, 600 dpi or greater. Computer-generated screens & shadings do not reproduce well.
For both of these options, please be sure to include all information & double check your printed copy thoroughly for accuracy. All artwork must be submitted in black & white only, and must be clean, clear, & free of fuzzy or stray lines. We will duplicate your map exactly as it is submitted.
All hand-drawn & computer-drawn maps must be mailed in, and will require an additional 4-5 business days for production. You may continue to place your order online, or complete the online order form, print it & mail it along with your map, whichever you prefer. Orders will not be processed until we have received your map. Please see the information section for our mailing address.
